FILINI EGG PASTA 400 G
Springy filini, made from semolina, or hard durum wheat, is great for broths or soups of all kinds.
Cooking instructions:
1. Pour 1 litre of water per every 100 grams of pasta into a large pot. Don’t forget to add salt
2. Bring the water to a boil, put in the pasta, and stir from time to time.
3 . Cook for 6-7 minutes, then strain.
