Sauce alla Puttanesca “Makłowicz and Sons” is a tomato-based sauce with capers, garlic, and olives. It gained popularity in the 1960s and is now ready to serve on your plates.
A sauce made from crushed tomatoes with olives and capers. Pasteurized product. Produced in Poland.
Preparation method:
- Pour the sauce into a saucepan or skillet.
- Heat over low heat, stirring for about 5-8 minutes.
- Add your favorite additions.

Ingredients: tomato puree 50 %, water, black olives 6,2 % (black olives, water, salt, stabilizer: ferrous gluconate), sugar, onion, garlic, capers in brine 3 % (capers, water, spirit vinegar, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), salt, flavors (contains wheat), fermented soy sauce (contains wheat and soy), hydrolysed vegetable protein (contains soy), roasted sugar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, rapeseed oil, citrus fiber, basil, black pepper grits, dried parsley, olive oil 0,1 %.
Tomato puree, olives and capers come from EU and non-EU sources.
