Sauce alla Amatriciana “Makłowicz i Synowie” – an Italian classic based on finely chopped fried bacon, Grana Padano cheese, and tomatoes. Without entering into disputes about the origin of the recipe, we support both chefs from Rome and the city of Amatrice.
A sauce made from crushed tomatoes, roasted pork bacon, and Italian matured cheese. Sterilized product. Produced in Poland.
Preparation method:
- Pour the sauce into a saucepan or skillet.
- Heat over low heat, stirring for about 5-8 minutes.
- Add your favorite additions.

Ingredients: tomato puree 44 %, water, tomatoes 14 %, roasted pork bacon 10 % (pork bacon, acidity regulator: sodium lactate, salt, sugar, stabilizer: triphosphates, antioxidant: sodium isoascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), onion, sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, lemon juice, rapeseed oil, citrus fiber, flavours, black bell pepper grits, olive oil.
Tomato puree, tomatoes, bacon come from EU and non-EU sources.
