Moroccan Sauce
Moroccan sauce is our variation on Moroccan cuisine, based on tomatoes, a blend of spices like ras el hanout, chili peppers, and cayenne pepper. It pairs well with poultry and couscous or bulgur.
Spicy sauce made from crushed tomatoes and vegetables. Product is pasteurized.
Preparation:
- Fry your favorite addition in oil: white meat or vegetables.
- Add our sauce and simmer over low heat for 5 – 8 minutes.
- Serve with couscous or bulgur wheat.

Ingredients: tomato puree 32,5 %, tomatoes 18,7 %, water, onions 8,7 %, green bell pepper 4,7 %, garlic 3,6 %, sugar, vinegar, tomato paste, starch, canned red peppers, salt, ras el hanout seasoning mix 1,5 % (salt, ginger, cardamon, cinnamon, galangal, spice extracts, flavors), harissa paste 1,4 % (hot bell pepper, garlic, coriander, salt, cumin), dried garlic, citrus fiber, canola oil, juice concentrates (from tomato, carrot, onion, leek, garlic, lovage), spices (including chili pepper, cayenne pepper), natural flavors, spice extracts.
Tomato puree and vegetables come from EU and non-EU sources.
